I joined Arrow in January this year; it was a big turning point in my new career. I had just left the Army after 24 years and had joined a very big firm on a franchise, but there was no work coming in. For the work they did generate they took a fee. I was starting to struggle and seriously thinking of packing it all in.
Then sitting in the test centre, I started talking to Paul, who just loved saying how much work that he had on! So I asked him give me some! I left him my card, he soon got in touch and we discussed the franchise, to my surprise there was:
