Paul Davies

I’m Paul, founder of Arrow Driving Academy. Teaching people to drive is a passion of mine, and despite being the principal owner of the company, alongside running the company with my partner, I still provide driving tuition day to day to a handful of learners.

I’m a true believer of practice what you preach and so despite my main focus being building up our driving instructor network, it is just as important for me that I stay grounded and deliver training just like my colleagues. It helps me keep focussed on doing the best job I can both for my students and my colleagues in the business.
